These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all services offered by Immersi Travel on the immersi-travel.com website. Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
1. Purpose and scope
Immersi Travel is a travel agency specialised in immersive experiences in Morocco (Agadir, Essaouira, Marrakech). These terms apply to all bookings of activities, excursions and workshops made through the website.
2. Booking and confirmation
Bookings are made online through immersi-travel.com. Any order is final only after email confirmation and effective payment. The customer agrees to provide accurate information when booking.
3. Prices and payment terms
Prices are stated in euros (EUR), all taxes included. Payment is made online via PayPal at the time of booking, or directly on site on the day of the activity (subject to availability). No booking is guaranteed without payment confirmation.
4. Cancellation and modification
Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity starts. Beyond this deadline, cancellation fees of 50% of the total amount will apply. In case of force majeure (bad weather, event preventing the activity from taking place), Immersi Travel undertakes to reschedule the activity or to issue a full refund.
5. Liability
Immersi Travel implements all necessary means to ensure the quality and safety of services. The customer acknowledges participating in activities at their own responsibility and declares being in good physical condition. Immersi Travel cannot be held liable for failure to comply with safety instructions given by guides or partner providers.
6. Complaints
Any complaint must be sent in writing to [email protected] within 30 days from the end of the service.
7. Personal data
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available on the website.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, and after attempting amicable resolution, the courts of Casablanca shall have sole jurisdiction. For customers residing in the European Union, EU consumer protection regulations also apply.
