Morocco, the local way
Marrakech is more than its square.
Behind Jemaa el-Fna there's an artisan, secret, generous Marrakech. We take you there without tourist traps.
We've selected encounters and places most visitors never imagine. Neither the Instagram riad nor the bus tour.
Why Marrakech
What we love here
The souks, workshop by workshop
Leather, brass, weaving, perfumery. We take you to the artisans who actually craft, not the resale shops.
Gardens and the Palmeraie
Majorelle, Menara, the Secret Garden, plus the Palmeraie's paths by bike or camel, early before the heat.
Medina nights
Street food, Gnawa music, hammam at sunset. We organise a meaningful evening, away from the traps.
The Atlas, just outside
An hour and a half and you're in the Ourika valley or Imlil. Hiking, Berber lunch, a river. The contrast with the city is perfect.

Around Marrakech
Side trips worth the detour: we'll arrange them on request, or tell you how to get there on your own.

Good to know
What people ask us about Marrakech
Should I stay in the medina or the new town?
Medina for immersion (riads, alleys, atmosphere); Guéliz/Hivernage for calm and modern comfort. We can advise based on your style and the season.
Can I do a workshop and an Atlas excursion the same day?
Better split them: Atlas as a full day (early start, late afternoon return), workshop the next morning. We can adapt though - just message us.
Do your artisans speak English?
Not all of them. For artisan workshops, an Immersi facilitator is always there to translate and make the conversation flow.
Which season should I avoid in Marrakech?
July and August, genuinely hot (40°C+). September to June is great. March-April and October-November are peak: book earlier.
How do I avoid the Jemaa el-Fna scams?
Don't follow anyone offering you an unsolicited guide; no photos with snake charmers without agreeing the price beforehand. For the rest, tell us where you want to go - we'll point you to the real gems.
Are traditional hammams mixed?
No, they're separated (men/women slots or spaces). Private hammams in riads can be mixed on request. We confirm at booking time.
