1. Business Identification

2. Purpose

These T&Cs govern the sale of services and products offered by ImmersiTravel, including but not limited to reservations for activities and tourist excursions, sporting equipment, hotel services, catering, car rental, etc.

3. Orders

Orders are placed online by the customer. Selection of the date, time, and online payment is mandatory for the reservation confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are determined and displayed on the website. Payments can be made by credit card or PayPal.

5. Delivery and Confirmation

Reservation confirmations are sent via email immediately after the booking. They contain all details of the booking made by the customer.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

The customer may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience to receive a full refund. No refunds or modifications will be accepted less than 24 hours before the start of the experience.

7. Guarantees

ImmersiTravel guarantees the booked service. In case of non-conformity or a problem with the reserved service, the customer may be eligible for a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website is the property of ImmersiTravel and cannot be used without prior written permission.

9. Disputes and Applicable Law

These T&Cs are governed by Moroccan laws. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
