The must
Stonemason experience.
If you have ever wanted to make something totally different, this is a must!
Picked up from the hotel promptly. Taken to the stonemasons workshop. You said what you wanted to make, and you had a piece of sandstone… let your creative mind loose, the stonemason was very encouraging and always on hand to help and explain the process, its definitely hands on and very dusty. Would definitely come back again
So much fun learning to sculpt limestone
Ali is an amazing artist and person. I had the incredible opportunity to learn about Moroccan culture by visiting his studio. He warmly welcomed me and showed me how to carve a beautiful sculpture from a block of limestone. It was such a peaceful experience as I carefully crafted the initial design and added my own personal touch to the piece. Even though I was a bit nervous at first, Ali’s guidance and expertise quickly put me at ease. I was thrilled to take home my own unique sculpture at the end of the day. This was one of the best experiences of my life.
